Shape Stamnos-pyxis
Shape_description Inslanting rim, with plain round lip, that curves into an ovoid body on a tall foot ring, with slanting interior and exterior walls, the latter curving to a flat resting surface, with flat underside. Two u-shaped handles, round in section, rise at a diagonal from the bottom of the shoulder to high above the rim.

Munsell_color 7.5YR 7/4
Decoration Black-glazed lip and rim (only ca. 0.2 cm on interior); orange band above the handles; between the handles, on either side, a bay wreath. Around the body, below handles: two thin orange lines on either side of a broad black bands; another broad black band lower on body; otherwise reserved. Handle zones reserved but tops of handles glazed black-glaze.
Inscriptions
Condition Complete and intact, but surface worn and dulled, with some scratches and losses to glaze. Underside shows a deep groove (probably misfiring), with white deposits; brown patches on underside.
