Decoration Exterior decorated with vertical black/brown bands. Both handles are coloured brown on the outer parts, but reserved inside. The base is decorated with a black band on its exterior. On the interior of the rim is a broad black band, then a red band. The design in the tondo shows two ears of grain on either side of a red rosebud on a stem (or a lotos, according to the authors of Corinth 15.3).
Inscriptions
Condition Large chip missing from rim on one edge. Some gloss worn inside the cup where portions have flaked.

Attribution Corinth 15.3, 369 and 370 n. 6: classed, along with similar miniatures, to a group of 'lotos kylikes', attributed to the workshop of the Sam Wide Painter.
